2016 AADE F5 Winner - Fin Division
Offshore Energy Services, Inc. (OES) was recently awarded 1st place in the AADE 13th Annual Fin Feather Fur Food Festival (F5).
The Houston based F5 fund raising event had nearly 100 cooking teams competing and serving food. The teams were judged by a select panel containing a number of nationally known chefs. Proceeds from the event support the AADE activities and Knowledge Box, a program designed to provide educators a forum to effectively present the petroleum industry and inform students of career opportunities.
OES was awarded first place in the division of Fin offering a mouthwatering recipe of crawfish etouffee over catfish. Pictured above are OES respresentatives Anthony Adams, Mark Dore', and J.B. Broussard.
