Assembly and Test Facility

Established in 2002, Offshore Energy Services, Inc. (OES) Assembly Division, located in Houma, Louisiana, has become a frontrunner in the handling of assembly make-up, pressure testing, covered storage, inventory management, R&D Derrick Facility, and assisting in well coordinating for major deep-water completion projects.

Equipped with a 48” OD X 70’ L Test Chamber, 32,000 cubic ft. of enclosed storage facility, Torque Turn Services, and a 141’6 Vertical Make-up (Derrick), the OES Houma office can accommodate our clients with additional services to complement their tubular handling requirements.

In 2003, Offshore Energy Services, Inc. (OES) entered into a joint venture with V&M Tube Alloy which couples Premium Threading/Tubular Accessories capability with OES’s Torqueing Services thus providing Turnkey Solutions to the client’s exact needs.

All manufacturing, make-up, testing and loading is coordinated from one facility and then shipped directly to location. This approach from a centralized facility simplifies logistics, time savings and expenses normally associated with separate services which results in faster and more cost effective delivery.
